Once we receive your order please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing not including Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays. All orders are subject to processing time that is separate from the time it has been fulfilled.
We can't guarantee we have the items in your cart in stock. If items were to sell out we will send a text or email updating you on this problem. When processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods, time, and cost. We offer standard First class 5-7 business days or 1-3 priority shipping depending on the weight of your package.
We currently only ship within the United States but are currently working on shipping worldwide. Please allow 5-7 business days for domestic shipping. WE SHIP ALL ORDERS THROUGH USPS. To make sure your package arrives in a timely manner please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all needed info. Correct street numbers, abbreviations, buildings, and apartment numbers are very critical. ALSYDES COLLECTION is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect addresses, or misplaced packages. Once the package has left our fulfillment center it is in the hands of the post office and we have no control over the package.
4.RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Our return policy lasts 7 days after order is received to the customer. Not including Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays. Returns/exchanges are not processed until we have received the product. Customers may exchange or refund items for store credit to use towards another order if the product is the wrong size, you have received the wrong item, or is damaged. ITEMS ARE ONLY EXCHANGABLE IF UNWORN, IN GOOD CONDITION, AND IS IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. IF A ITEM DOES NOT WORK FOR YOU, THE ITEM CAN ONLY BE EXCHANGED FOR STORE CREDIT THAT CAN BE USED TOWARDS ANOTHER ORDER.
