1.PROCESSING

 Once we receive your order please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing not including Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays. All orders are subject to processing time that is separate from the time it has been fulfilled. 

2. SHIPPING

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE to make sure your package arrives in a timely manner please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all needed info. Correct street numbers, abbreviations, buildings, and apartment numbers are very critical. ALSYDES COLLECTION is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect addresses, or misplaced packages. Once the package has left our fulfillment center it is in the hands of the post office and we have no control over the package.

3.Return & Exchange Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

We do not offer refunds or returns. Please double-check your order before checking out.

We only accept exchanges if there was a mistake on our end, such as:

• Receiving the wrong item or size

• Receiving a damaged item

If that happens:

• Contact us at Support@alsydescollection.com within 7 days of delivery

• Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue

• Item must be unworn and in original condition
