1. "Are ya'll products in women or men sizes and how do they fit?"
Our products are unisex so that means both genders can wear it. Garments are true to size but we advise some people made be stuck between sizes so we suggest to go a size up.
2."I have a email saying my order is on the way but I can't track it yet"
When we process your order we also print the shipping label which sends you a tracking number immediately. The tracking number won't update until USPS has processed your package in their system. Sometimes your package will be at USPS but they haven't scanned your package into their system yet. Please give it 1-2 days to update. The post office is closed on weekends so please keep that in mind.
3." My order says delivered, but i haven't received anything in the mail yet"
Once packages leave our fulfillment center it is in the hands of USPS we have no control over your package. In most cases, USPS has marked it as delivered before it actually has been delivered to the customer later that day or the next day. Please allow at least 1 business day to be sure your package is not trying to be redelivered by USPS. ALSYDES COLLECTION is not responsible for lost, incorrect addresses, or misplaced packages. Please contact your local USPS.
4. "I received a different item than the item i ordered. How can i fix this?"
If you are shipped a different item, the incorrect item must be shipped backed to us and we will send the correct item back to you.
